Summer Camp for Children

     The CEP offers a Summer Camp for children ages 5 to 13. The camp consists of a combination of an existing, well-rounded program and a talented, creative and experienced staff that provide an extraordinary summer experience for children.

What is NEW for 2008?

     UCMAS (Universal Concept in Mental Arithmetic System): A program based on ancient art of mental arithmetic using a tool which is an old Chinese medieval calculator called "Abacus".

The Program:

     Children of ages 5 to 8 are exposed to the regular day camp activities that include UCMAS and other mental and physical activities (i.e.cooking, basketball, tennis, music , gymnastics, wushu, art, swimming, chess, Hip Hop, storytelling etc.).

     The Little business leaders program teaches children of ages 9 to 13 how to start a business, manage budgets and integrate their creative skills into the entrepreneurial world. In addition to the UCMAS, the program includes four hours per week of business education and other activities encompassing art, swimming, tennis, wushu, basketball, cooking, chess, Hip Hop, water polo etc.
